Anna Johnson

Anna Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Anna is currently working as the VP of Personal Care Operations at PLZ Corp since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Sea-Bird Scientific from 2020 to 2022. Anna also held the position of Chief of Staff and VP of Operations at DRY Soda Co. from 2017 to 2020.

Anna Johnson has a significant background in the coffee industry, having worked at Starbucks for several years. Their roles at Starbucks include Director of Planning S&OP Processes and Systems, Director of Channel Value Chain, Director of Distribution and Network Planning, Director of Plant Operations, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer. These roles involved responsibilities such as developing and maintaining planning processes, managing distribution centers, leading plant operations, and overseeing engineering projects.

Before joining Starbucks, Anna worked at Eli Lilly as a Project Engineer and Process Engineer. In these roles, they managed renovation projects, ensured compliance with clean room standards, and provided support for bulk production processes.

Anna Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University from 1997 to 2001. Anna later pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
