James Seastrom

James Seastrom is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at PLZ Corp, where James manages various improvement projects and leads implementations of Lean methodologies. Previously, James has held positions such as Plant Manager where James oversaw all aspects of plant operations, Co-Founder at WestShore Engineering, Inc., and Production Manager at various companies. With a background in Business Management and extensive training in OSHA standards, James has a proven track record of driving efficiency, safety, and quality in manufacturing environments.
