Jigar Joshi

Jigar Joshi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in managing Quality Management Systems within manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Plant Manager and Quality Operations & SQF Manager at PLZ Corp since December 2016, Jigar possesses extensive knowledge of cGMP, ISO 22716, SQF, HACCP, and Kosher requirements. Proficient in process improvement and validation, Jigar effectively leads and motivates diverse teams to achieve production goals under tight deadlines. Additionally, as an SQF Practitioner at Assured Packaging Inc., Jigar develops and maintains Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Previously, Jigar worked as a Quality Assurance Technologist at Tootsie-roll of Canada ULC, contributing to fostering team communication and successfully facilitating audits. Jigar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Chemistry from Sardar Patel University.
