Mark Gravley has a strong background in supply chain and operations management. Mark started their career as the Director of Operations at Central Garden and Pet in 1998, where they worked for ten years. In 2008, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Bio-Pro Research/Fill-Pac,LLC. After five years, they joined Central Garden & Pet again in 2013 as the Vice President of Operations. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Business Improvement at Central Garden & Pet. Currently, Mark is working at PLZ Corp as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations. Mark held the role of Vice President of Liquid Filling Operations at PLZ Corp from 2020 to 2021 and then progressed to the role of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain from 2021 to 2023.
Mark Gravley completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.
