Michael Bunczek has extensive experience in the field of chemistry and product development, beginning with roles at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company from February 1995 to December 2000, where responsibilities included Senior Research Chemist and Technology Scientist. Subsequent positions included Senior Research Scientist at ACH Food Companies, Inc. from July 2017 to October 2022, Senior Product Developer at Greenleaf Foods from March 2023 to October 2023, and Senior Principle Research Scientist at Griffith Foods from January 2013 to August 2016. Additionally, Michael served as a Graphic Artist/Animator and owner at Scigrafix from February 2006 to December 2007. Currently, Michael holds the position of Senior Chemist at PLZ Corp since October 2023. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Polymer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago.
