Mark Charmand

Mark Charmand is currently the Head of Operations for PMFresh, where they focus on enhancing performance through people, processes, and purpose. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations, Director of People and Culture, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director at Krispy Kreme Australia & New Zealand. Their extensive experience also includes serving as Production Manager at George Weston Foods and Manufacturing Manager at Snack Brands Australia. Mark began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Huhtamaki after earning a Bachelor of Business in Management from the University of Western Sydney.
