Technology projects fail more often than they should. Implementation partners have their own budget and scope constraints. Internal teams have their day jobs. And somewhere in the middle, the project loses its way.

PM Innov8 was built on a different model. We work exclusively on the client side, independent of vendors, implementation partners, and platform incentives. When we're in the room, we're working for one outcome: yours.

Across CRM, IP Tech, and Legal Tech, the PM Innov8 team has delivered over 300 projects spanning more than 20 years. Our work covers the full implementation lifecycle from transformation readiness and platform selection through to delivery, change management, and adoption. We don't just go live. We make sure your team actually uses what's been built, your data is trustworthy, and your investment delivers real value.

We operate through four specialist practice areas:

CRM Innov8 — CRM strategy, selection, and implementation for firms that need more than a system go-live.
IP Innov8 — Technology transformation for intellectual property and patent firms navigating complex platform change.
Legal Innov8 — Implementation and adoption support for legal teams where change management is as critical as the technology.
Innov8 On Demand — Senior implementation leadership and fractional consultancy, when you need the right expertise without the full-time commitment.

Based in Jersey, Channel Islands. Working across the UK, Europe, and internationally.

If your technology isn't delivering what was promised or you want to make sure it does before you go live, we should talk.
