Michael Bachman

Michael Bachman is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in pediatric clinical operations. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at PM Pediatric Care, Michael has successfully launched and overseen clinical operations in fifteen states, driving profitability and optimizing operational processes. Previous roles include Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regional Medical Director at PM Pediatrics, where Michael ensured clinical excellence and upheld company culture during national expansion. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Sunrise Children’s Hospital and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Michael holds an MD from Sackler School of Medicine, an MBA from The George Washington University, and completed a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Children's National Medical Center.
