Aj Ezzour

Aj Ezzour is a board member at PMA.LA and a strategy consultant with experience in change management, new product development, market growth, and organizational productivity.

Aj began their career as a change management and strategy consultant with Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where they developed a cloud-based goal prioritization system and led the successful integration of 12,500+ students. Aj then joined Leadfeeder as a market growth and strategy consultant, where they helped the company expand its reach and grow its customer base.

In 2018, Aj joined 3DEO Inc. as a strategy consultant, helping the metal additive manufacturing startup improve its process productivity and 3D metal print yield. Aj also consulted for a digital media startup, developing a business plan that led to the acquisition of $150k in MVP funding.

Aj’s experience in change management, new product development, and market growth has helped him become a valuable asset to PMA.LA. Aj is committed to helping the organization achieve its goals and improve its productivity.

Aj Ezzour has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Ventures from Tel Aviv University. Aj also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience from University of California, Los Angeles. Aj Ezzour is certified from the Easton Technology Management Center at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Easton Technology Management Certification.
