Frank Penner

Frank Penner is an accomplished architect and executive with extensive experience in the architecture and construction industry. Currently serving as President at PM&A since January 2013, Frank Penner previously held the position of Senior Vice President for the West Region, overseeing a significant market that includes multiple states. Prior roles include Architect/Lead Designer at Arie Kohn Architects, where Frank Penner managed up to 15 commercial renovation projects, and Intern Architect at Niles Bolton Associates, focusing on multi-family housing design.
