Joe Fitzsimons, P.E. is the Vice President of A&E at PM&A, overseeing A&E programs across the Western and Northeast US. Previously, Joe served as the A&E Regional Market Director at J5 Infrastructure Partners and held various engineering roles at Bechtel, including Engineering Team Lead. Joe started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, where they led a team of marines. They earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from Roger Williams University.
