Parag Pimple

Parag Pimple has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

Parag started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at hCapital Business Consulting Private Limited in December 2010, where they handled end-to-end recruitment cycle, conducted interviews, and managed the recruitment process. Parag worked there until July 2012.

Parag then joined Larsen and Toubro Technology Services Ltd as part of their Human Resources team, where they focused on talent acquisition and manpower planning. Parag also handled employee queries and was responsible for hiring mandates for Line of Business (LOB) opportunities. Parag worked at Larsen and Toubro Technology Services Ltd from July 2012 to September 2013.

After that, Parag joined Stratecore Consultants as Co-Founder & Director. Their responsibilities included talent acquisition, manpower planning, business development, and client coordination. Parag also provided visa and immigration services for various countries. Parag worked at Stratecore Consultants from September 2013 to April 2016.

Following that, they worked at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd as an Assistant Manager in the HR department. Parag was involved in talent acquisition and was solely accountable for leadership and senior-level hiring. Parag worked at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd from June 2016 to February 2018.

Parag then joined Orange Business Services as part of their talent acquisition team, where they worked from February 2018 to September 2018.

After that, they joined a consulting firm as a Managing Partner, where they worked from January 2019 to June 2020.

Parag then worked at the Krazy Mantra Group of Companies in various roles from July 2020 to October 2022. Parag started as a Manager in Talent Acquisition and later became the Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition. Their final role at the company was Assistant Vice President Delivery.

Currently, Parag Pimple is employed at Aarvi Encon Limited as a Senior Manager of Sales & Service Delivery Operations, starting from May 2023.

Parag Pimple completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Central Railway School for their high school education from 1993 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Parag has obtained certifications in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in May 2021.
