Vikram Pikkhan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vikram joined PM AM Corporation as a Call Center Manager in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NobleServe Mortgage as a Team Manager Operations from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining NobleServe Mortgage, Vikram had a long tenure at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC. Vikram held various positions during their time there, including Operations Lead in the Home Retention Department from November 2013 to June 2021, Corporate Trainer from October 2011 to October 2013, and Subject Matter Expert in Operations for Customer Care/Relations from January 2010 to September 2011.

Prior to joining Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC, Vikram worked as a Customer Relations Advisor at the same company from January 2005 to October 2009. Vikram also gained valuable experience as an International Sales Specialist at Silgate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from September 2003 to January 2005, where they handled sales responsibilities for a US-based process and managed call/email escalations.

Vikram Pikkhan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and Chetana College of Commerce & Arts. Vikram pursued their undergraduate education in Business/Commerce, General from 1998 to 2003 at both institutions. Prior to their university education, Vikram attended St. Anthony's High School in India.
