Grant Dennis

Grant Dennis has a strong background in investment banking, with their most recent role being an Investment Banking Vice President at PMCF Investment Banking since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at PMCF from May 2021 to December 2023. Before joining PMCF, Grant served as an Associate Managing Director at CIBC U.S. for nearly 9 years, where they originated, structured, and executed senior debt transactions within the middle market space. Grant also oversaw a $250 million committed debt portfolio consisting of various companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and business services sectors.

Grant Dennis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2012. Grant later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing as an MBA candidate from 2017 to 2020.
