Matt Rupprecht

Mr. Rupprecht is a Vice President with PMCF and member of the firm’s Business and Technology Services team. He has a broad range of deal experience including the execution of a variety of transactions including buy and sell-side M&A advisory, international transactions, leveraged buyouts, and the placement of senior and subordinated debt. Mr. Rupprecht has extensive experience in business and technology services subsectors including human capital, advertising, facilities management services, managed services, and business process outsourcing. Beyond services providers, he has represented specialty retailers, value-added resellers, and product manufacturers. Prior to joining PMCF, Mr. Rupprecht provided litigation consulting and valuation services for a middle-market focused accounting firm. Mr. Rupprecht earned a BBA with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, graduating with high distinction. He is a FINRA licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7 and 63 registrations. Mr. Rupprecht is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
