Dan Lang

Dan Lang is currently a Senior UX Designer at pMD. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Analyst / UX Researcher at iboss from August 2017 to May 2018, where they were responsible for launching UX research by recruiting research participants, interviewing customers, coordinating feedback from sales and support, and creating action items for the product team. Dan also supported the UX team designing wireframes, running QA test cases, and creating UX awareness within the company. Dan's role as an analyst also meant they remained up-to-date with the latest trends, events, and competitive landscapes within cyber security.

Before that, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at ACG Boston from January 2017 to May 2017, where they researched and analyzed member trends to create an actionable recommendation for executive leadership. During their time there, they analyzed membership stats to develop a pricing strategy for increasing gross revenue by 10% and funding a customer loyalty program. Dan also created 4 targeted buyer personas and a demo reel based on interviews with over 30 customers to improve lead generation. Dan presented actionable recommendations for reducing membership churn to executive directors.

Dan Lang has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Tufts University in Biopsychology and is certified from iboss in iboss Certified Professional 1.
