Thomas Modly

Thomas Modly is a seasoned senior executive and thought leader currently serving as the President and CEO of Belarock Ventures, LLC, where they focus on innovative solutions for national defense challenges. They are also a member of the Board of Directors for the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation, Draganfly Inc., and PMG Learning Solutions. Previously, Modly held significant leadership positions, including Acting Secretary of the Navy and Managing Director at PwC, where they specialized in global defense operations. Modly earned a degree from Harvard Business School between 1990 and 1992.
