Christopher Davis has a diverse work experience background spanning different industries and roles. Christopher started their career in 2007 as a Development Intern at the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines, where they assisted in writing grants and developing a direct mail campaign. In 2007, they also worked as an Education on Location Intern at Metro Arts Alliance, evaluating workshops for children.

In 2008, Davis became a Graduate Assistant at Austin Peay State University and a Guitar Instructor at the Community School of the Arts at APSU. Christopher later founded The Classical Guitar Blog in 2008, where they served as an Editor, Author, and Founder. Christopher managed the website design, code, and wrote weekly articles for a substantial audience.

Davis started working as a Freelance Developer in 2010, taking on projects in WordPress, Python, and general web development. At the same time, they joined Guitar International Magazine as a Senior Marketing Consultant.

In 2010, Davis became a Guitar Teacher at Southlake Music Academy. From 2008 to 2010, they also worked as a Guitar Instructor at the Community School of the Arts at APSU.

In 2013, Davis joined Koddi as a Software Consultant, contributing to the initial software and providing code reviews and architecture decisions. Christopher left the company in 2017.

Since 2011, Davis has been working at PMG, starting as a Lead SEO Engineer and gradually progressing to Senior Principal Software Engineer. Christopher'sresponsibilities include driving technical direction, building platform services, and contributing to governance and standards work for PMG's marketing tools called Alli.

Christopher Davis obtained a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) degree in Music Business and Guitar Performance from Drake University in the years 2004 to 2008. Christopher then pursued a Master of Music (M.M.) degree in Guitar Performance at Austin Peay State University from 2008 to 2010.
