James Ratcliffe has a diverse work experience in various companies. James started their career at Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and providing support for various systems and applications. James worked on projects related to environmental management, web applications, and software quality assurance.

After that, James joined UT Arlington as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later became a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Reporting Solutions Manager. James was involved in implementing and supporting data warehouses, performing ETL activities, and implementing disaster recovery strategies. Additionally, they installed and implemented OBIEE and Datastage.

James then moved to Pier 1, where they held different roles including Senior Business Analyst, Application Manager for Reporting & Analytics, and Application Manager for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Currently, James is working as a Data Engineering Lead at PMG.

James Ratcliffe attended Tarleton State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems.
