Joanne Exton

Joanne Exton is the Head of People & Culture for EMEA at PMG, where they focus on shaping the people strategy and culture as the company expands its global footprint. Previously, Joanne held various HR roles at Atos International and Deloitte, where they managed employee transitions, HR technology, and transformation initiatives. Joanne began their career in Learning and Development at The Walt Disney Company and served as UK HR Director at dentsu CXM/Merkle. They earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Psychology from Aston University.
