Charles Worcester is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as the Head of Construction UK at PM Group since February 2021, overseeing UK construction projects from the Birmingham offices. Prior to this, Charles held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Fluor UK, where responsibilities included managing a 60 MW Data Center project in the Netherlands. Charles also contributed to the completion of a Carbon Fiber resin and coating facility in Wrexham and played a key role in the construction of a major Sour Gas Injection plant in Kazakhstan. Earlier experience at Fluor involved leading various pharmaceutical projects in the UK and Europe, with an initial career start as Contracts Director at Rotary Southern. Charles holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Building Services from London South Bank University.
