Ciara Byrne

Ciara Byrne is an experienced Reward Manager with a comprehensive background in compensation across diverse industries on both national and global scales. Ciara began their career as an Assistant Manager at Lloyds Pharmacies, followed by roles as a Reward Coordinator at Bank of Ireland and a Reward Specialist at daa. They then advanced to become a Senior Group Reward Analyst at Kerry, followed by Compensation Manager at Qualtrics. Currently, Ciara holds the position of Group Reward Manager at PM Group, demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills while fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
