Colin Foley

Colin Foley is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at PM Group since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in project controls and estimating from previous roles at Tandem Project Management Ltd. and PJ Hegarty & Sons, where Colin worked as a Project Controls/Quantity Surveyor and held positions as both Estimator and Quantity Surveyor from 2014 to 2022. Colin began a career in quantity surveying as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Mott MacDonald from June 2013 to February 2014. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Quantity Surveying from Munster Technological University, completed in 2013.
