Collette Gill has extensive experience in the food sector, currently serving as Associate Director and Deputy Food Sector Head at PM Group since July 1996. Prior roles include Department Manager in the Food Sector and Senior Project Engineer at PM Group. Earlier in the career, Collette held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Tetra Pak and worked as a Project Engineer at Alfa-Laval and Avonmore Foods Plc (Glanbia). Collette holds a BE in Agricultural & Food Engineering from University College Dublin (1984-1988) and a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin (1999-2000).
