David Egan

David Egan has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. David is currently the Group Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at PM Group, leading a team of over 20 personnel across multiple offices globally. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates in the market. Prior to this, David held various roles at PM Group, including Associate Director and Recruitment Manager for Outsourced Technical Services, where they recruited engineering professionals for local and international projects. David also helped establish local market teams and coordinated recruitment efforts across the organization. Before joining PM Group, David worked as a Senior Recruiter at Newmove Recruitment Services.

David Egan completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) in Executive Leadership from Ulster University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from The Open University in 2016.
