David Seignott possesses extensive experience in project management and quantity surveying, currently serving as the Project Services Department Manager and previously as the QS & Contracts Department Manager at PM Group since July 2006. Prior to this role, David was a Partner at James P McGrath & Associates from July 2000 to June 2006 and worked at Davis Langdon as an Associate Quantity Surveyor from August 1990 to June 2000. David's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from Kingston University (1994-1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Wales (1986-1990).
