Declan Daly

Declan Daly, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of biopharmaceutical engineering and medicinal chemistry, currently serving as a member of the CQV team at PM Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Declan worked as a CQV Lead at Jacobs from January 2017 to April 2022, successfully delivering projects for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. Declan's background includes a position as a bioprocess scientist at NIBRT, where extensive training in various bioprocessing operations was obtained, and as a laboratory lecturer and R&D scientist at Dublin City University, with a focus on immune cell therapies. Additional experience includes roles at Six Degrees Medical and as a postdoctoral fellow at York University working with GlaxoSmithKline, as well as contributions to drug development at the International Centre for Neurotherapeutics. Declan holds a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Dublin City University, alongside additional qualifications in business and biopharmaceutical engineering.
