They have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams for the planning, building, and launching of manufacturing trains, with a focus on project management, process design, and plant troubleshooting. Fiona possesses significant international project delivery experience across Europe and Asia and has lived in multiple countries while managing projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Project Management with First Class Honours from the University of Limerick and have completed several other advanced degrees related to materials science and process technology. Fluent in French and possessing technical German proficiency, Fiona has successfully overseen critical projects for renowned companies, ensuring compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements.
