Ian Carroll

Ian Carroll is an experienced Building Services Engineer at PM Group since March 2019, specializing in utilities and HVAC systems design and operation. Responsibilities include managing utility design teams, scheduling deliverables, overseeing OEM vendor packages, and conducting system specifications and troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Ian served as a Project Engineer at EM3 from October 2015 to February 2019, focusing on energy management and monitoring in controlled cGMP facilities.
