Ian Woolard

Ian Woolard currently serves as a Technical Writer and Training Coordinator at PM Group, overseeing comprehensive onboarding programs and managing training initiatives to upskill staff. With prior experience as a Technical Writer at Johnson Controls, Ian contributed to the adoption of augmented reality in technical documentation and improved team performance through training and support. Additional roles include Customer Service Advisor at Abtran, English Teacher in Korea, and co-owner of Wooly and Jones Photography, showcasing a diverse skill set in communication, training, and project management.
