Jack O'Keeffe

Jack O'Keeffe is an experienced Senior Environmental and Safety Consultant at PM Group since April 1991, specializing in HAZOP, HAZID, and ADB Social and Environmental Safeguards implementation. Throughout a career that includes significant contributions as an EHS Consultant for PM Group-Ireland and as a Team Leader for the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, O'Keeffe has managed various environmental projects and training initiatives across multiple regions, including Asia and the EU accession states. O'Keeffe's early career included a role as Factory Manager at CPC Knorr - Cerestar, where responsibilities encompassed the commissioning and operation of a wheat processing plant. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Chemistry & Industrial Microbiology from University College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, and a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from University College Cork.
