James Wright

James Wright is an experienced leader in engineering and project management within the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Director & General Manager for PM Group in Raleigh-Durham since March 2023, James has previously held significant roles at Biogen, including Associate Director positions in Global Engineering and Next Generation Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed client-side design management for biologics capital projects. Earlier experiences include managing directorial responsibilities at Red Triangle Consulting and serving as Senior Project Manager at Jacobs, focusing on Heathrow airport project management services. James also contributed to the development of high-value biopharmaceutical facilities at UCB Pharma and gained foundational expertise at Biogen, supporting the design and construction of major manufacturing plants. James holds dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, along with a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
