John Hunter

John Hunter serves as the Associate Director and Manager of the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Departments at PM Group since August 2014, overseeing a team of over 100 engineers across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. Prior experience includes roles at Pfizer from 1998 to 2014, where John led capital projects such as the conceptual design of a $140 million Oral Solid Dosage Tech Transfer project and managed the Engineering Design for the New Vaccine Cell Facility in Puurs, Belgium. John was awarded the Pfizer Worldwide Innovation Award for spearheading initiatives that reduced site overhead costs. John's engineering career began at PM Group from 1986 to 1998, focusing on projects for major pharmaceutical companies. John's educational background includes a Diploma in Applied Maths and Physics from Cork Institute of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1988.
