Michael Phelan is an experienced completions engineer with a robust background in construction supervision and mechanical engineering. Since February 2015, Michael has worked at PM Group in various roles, including completions engineer and turnover engineer. Concurrently, Michael has served as a construction supervisor for Shell Iraq since October 2017 and has been a construction piping supervisor at Kentz since April 2013, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of a Quality Plan and collaboration with client engineers. Previous experience includes a position as hydro test supervisor at Baker Hughes from January 2011 to February 2013 and consultancy work in mechanical supervision from 1982 to 2012. Michael holds engineering qualifications from Matthews Engineering and Waterford Institute of Technology.
