Róisín Doyle

Róisín Doyle is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an L&D Business Partner specializing in Mentoring and Coaching at PM Group since August 2021. Róisín developed the Mentoring in New Dimensions (MIND) programme, initially aimed at graduates and now encompassing project managers, subject matter experts, and the Women's Network, focusing on both soft and technical skills. Additionally, Róisín has coached hockey at Ursuline College Blackrock from November 2019 to October 2023 and worked as a Cash Officer and Checkout Operator at SuperValue from June 2016 to July 2021. Róisín holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from University College Cork.
