Scott Davey

Scott Davey serves as the UK Talent Acquisition Lead at PM Group, overseeing talent attraction, sourcing, and recruitment process management while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience since November 2016. Prior to this, Scott held roles including Senior Recruiter and Team Lead in the Managed Solutions team at NES Global Talent, responsible for key accounts, and as GPS/PPS Talent Acquisition Lead for Baker Hughes, managing regional talent acquisition. Additional experience includes Resourcing Operations Manager at Barclays and various roles within Baker Hughes focused on talent acquisition within the oilfield services sector. Scott began a career in production technology at VIBE Audio and holds education from Fairfax.
