Stephen Coughlan

Stephen Coughlan is a skilled project engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently employed at PM Group since June 2014, Stephen has successfully managed various packaging projects, focusing on new product introductions and equipment upgrades. Previous roles include project engineer at Takeda Ireland Limited and calibration coordinator at Stryker (Lotus TS), where responsibilities encompassed equipment calibration management and staff training. Earlier experiences include a position as a graduate calibration technician at Lotus Technical Services and an undergraduate mechanical engineering role at Eli Lilly and Company. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
