Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill is the Technical Director of Piping Design at PM Group, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they managed the Piping Department for the Exyte BioPharma & Life Sciences Team in Northern Europe from 2022 to 2025. With a strong background in piping design, Tom has held positions such as Lead Piping Designer at DPS Group Global and BioPharma Engineering Ltd. They also served as Area Lead/Senior Piping Designer at Jacobs from 2006 to 2016, and began their career as a CAD Designer at DPS Engineering. Tom holds City & Guilds Certificates Level 2 and 3 from CADCO Evolution, completed in 2003.
