Tom Waters has over three decades of experience in the food sector, currently serving as the Food Sector Director at PM Group since December 1995, where previous roles included Senior Project Manager and Associate Director. Prior experience includes positions as a Project Engineer and Process Engineer at APV from October 1989 to November 1995, and as a Research Scientist at Leatherhead Food Research from March 1988 to October 1989. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture & Food from University College Dublin, a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Ulster University, and post-graduate diplomas in Construction Law & Contract Administration and Project Management from Trinity College Dublin.
