Will Tan

Will Tan is a seasoned design manager with extensive experience in the design and construction of Data Centres across Europe and Australia. Currently, Will leads design initiatives at PM Group, overseeing the design process and problem-solving in collaboration with internal architects and engineers. Previous roles include managing the design and permitting process at Ethos Engineering, and serving as an Essential Services Manager and Consultant with Beaver Williams Pty Ltd and Greencap, respectively. Will's career began with building services coordination at FKM Engineering and Parkview Group, where expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems was developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Industrial Design from UNSW and a recent Diploma in Project Management from University College Dublin.
