Robert Tobin

Robert Tobin is a seasoned web designer and principal at Tobin Associates LLC, specializing in web-based content management systems since August 2008. Currently, Robert serves as a web designer at PMHCC, starting in January 2018, and previously held the position of webmaster at The Barnes Foundation, managing the website's public-facing content. Robert's extensive experience in web management includes constructing websites for the Corcoran Gallery of Art and Corcoran College of Art + Design and serving as a database manager at both the College and the American Educational Research Association. Robert holds a BA in History from The George Washington University, where studies took place from 1986 to 1992.
