Thomas Doyle III

Thomas Doyle III is currently a commissioned officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. He is currently leading the implementation of PMO for the CJCR formation, focused primarily on Training and Evaluation modernization. He has been a member of PMI OVOC for over a year and has been working in the field of project management and change management for 11 years. Thomas has been a part of and led projects across many industries, from Financial Services, Production, Energy, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, and most recently, for the Department of National Defence. His most recent projects are the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Mobile App, eLearning development, modernization, and utilization of the Microsoft 365 platform for Project Management and Training Development and Delivery Project Teams.
