Carla Lopes, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, spanning roles at various companies, including Petroquímica Triunfo, Braskem, and Jaakko Pöyry Engenharia. Early career positions involved design and quality system implementation in the electronics industry and project design for large-scale refinery projects. In key roles such as Maintenance Planning Coordinator and Project Manager at Braskem, Carla demonstrated strong expertise in strategic planning, maintenance management, and capital project development, focusing on sustainability and operational efficiency. Currently, Carla leads initiatives at PMI Rio Grande do Sul to promote female leadership in project management, while also holding a project manager position at Braskem, driving project scoping, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
