Daniel Garbin

Daniel Garbin, MSc, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Director at CIC Caxias since 2024. They have previously held leadership roles, including Executive Director at PMIRS from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for strategic planning and managing project teams. Daniel has also contributed as an invited professor in Project Management MBA programs at various institutions, including FSG and UCS. With experience managing over R$360 million and leading more than 70 projects, they have demonstrated expertise in high-complexity environments and crisis management. Daniel also founded and serves as CEO of Alchimia HUB and takes on mentorship roles to foster growth in the project management field.
