Kurt Becker

Kurt Becker started their work experience in 2005 as a Human Resources Generalist at Community Bank, NA. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist III at Serco - North America, managing HR on multiple government contracts and supporting corporate HR initiatives. In 2011, they became the Human Resources Manager at Johnson Technology Systems, Inc., where they provided strategic human capital direction and developed the employee portal and company website pages. In 2012, they joined Associated Builders and Contractors as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions at the national office and providing support to chapters. Finally, in 2020, they became the Senior Director of Human Resources at PMMI: The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, leading the HR team and aligning HR services and programs with the needs of the organization.

Kurt Becker holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Management from Keuka College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Kurt Becker has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2020. Kurt also holds a Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which they obtained from the American Management Association in May 2016.
