Derek Vanvactor

Derek VanVactor is a seasoned professional in the real estate and business development sectors. Since July 2012, Derek has served as a partner and vice president of business development at PMR Companies. Additionally, Derek has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Louisville Apartment Association since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Derek worked at Boyd Cat as a district sales representative from February 1997 to July 2012, contributing to a strong foundation in sales and customer relations.
