Altina Lam

Altina LAM has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Experte études RH et rémunération at PMU since August 2019, focusing on compensation strategies, budgeting, and social reporting. Prior to PMU, Altina worked at Expleo Group as Chargée Compensation & Benefits, analyzing social data and creating payroll indicators. Altina’s earlier roles include Chargée Outils et Process Recrutement at Assystem, where responsibilities involved recruitment tool administration and job board management, and Assistant Ressources Humaines at both Assystem and Webnet, contributing to various HR functions and administrative tasks. Altina holds a Mastère Ressources Humaines from PPA Business School and degrees in Administration Economique et Sociale from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and University of Montpellier.
