Isabelle Marc has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Directrice des opérations RH at PMU since July 2002, with previous roles including Responsable des Opérations RH and HR Development Manager. Isabelle's expertise encompasses HR strategy deployment, recruitment planning, social management, and employee development, as well as overseeing a multidisciplinary team. Prior to PMU, Isabelle worked as a Consultante en management des ressources humaines at Mercuri Urval and held a position as a consultante en recrutement at Tauzia Thiberville et Associés. Isabelle holds a DESS in Psychologie du travail from Université Paris Nanterre and also studied at UQAM in Canada.
