Amber De Brabander

Amber De Brabander is a Senior Legal Counsel at ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV), specializing in corporate and finance law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). They have significant experience in drafting finance agreements and guiding M&A deals, all while assisting investment funds advised by PMV, such as Mezzanine Partners and Gigarant. Previously, Amber worked as an attorney at Eubelius, focusing on commercial law, consumer law, and liability. They hold a Master's degree in Law from Universiteit Gent, graduating Magnum Cum Laude, and are currently pursuing a course in financial management at Vlerick Business School. Amber also serves as the secretary of the board of directors at PMV.
