Steven Oosterlynck

Steven Oosterlynck is an experienced professional in project finance and infrastructure management. Currently serving as SPV Manager at PMV since March 2023, Oosterlynck focuses on project finance services and the management of special purpose vehicles post-financing. Prior to this role, Oosterlynck was Chief Technical Officer Ports at CLdN ro-ro SA from February 2020 to December 2022, overseeing the technical department for terminals across Belgium, The Netherlands, and the UK. Oosterlynck also contributed significantly at De Vlaamse Waterweg nv, holding positions including Head of Planning and Steering Investments, where responsibilities included portfolio management and business process improvement. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager role focused on infrastructure for inland navigation and a Project Engineer position at Technum (now TRACTEBEL), specializing in civil engineering for ports and waterways. Oosterlynck holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water & Transport from Ghent University, and further qualifications in Court Expertise and investigation methodology from the same institution.
